everyone is really nice. but when i lost my job and had NO income I was called and called and letters WERE SENT constantly...Then I got a little money from family [ to prevent my eviction] and i paid a small amt 2 times telling them i would do everything I could to repay it and STILL i got calls and letters saying I Was not co-operating!!!!!!
