The person with the ability to assist failed to do so. Her due diligence was stated by her but not shown by her. She refused to take accountability for an internal mistake and blamed every person and department even an employee that no longer there. She asked if I thought the company should change procedure for me. I thought that there should have been a willingness to provide a resolution instead of blame. I enjoyed working with the Branch Manager Portia F. I surely felt like I was at home in a nice, quiet environment. She is so sweet and her smile made it more welcoming. Her work ethic is very knowledgeable and professional. The company has a great employee and I can see her promoting to District Manager.

Portia Farmer is the best. She explains everything perfectly. The other two woman are great also when I walked in they spoke and helped right away. If you are looking for a loan for any reason this is the place to go you won’t be disappointed
