Probably the best experience I’ve had in my whole life. They were honest, Kelly and Christy was there to help with no problems and answered every question I had. I would definitely use them for any loan or getting your taxes done.
I’m updating my review due to a misunderstanding. I didn’t realize staff member Kristy was going out of her way just to help me while the branch manager Kelly was out of office. Long story short, I have never seen a company to go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I came in the WF in Conyers today (1/9/2026) Christy was an amazing help for me and answered every questioned I asked with ease. Although she was a little backed up due to being in the office alone , she did her best and I am more than satisfied with her efforts!
If you’re considering a loan, please call this specific location of World Finance before you apply anywhere else! Christy and Katelyn were SO kind to my son and I. They made my experience quick, simple, and also took time to inform me on the exact details of my loan to make sure I understood before I signed. Great customer service! These ladies got me through and out in the same day. Communication was excellent and made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I understood everything I needed to. I Will definitely be utilizing this loan service in the future as well as refer them to my family the service was that great !
