Brooke and Taylor were extremely friendly, and helpful over the last couple of days in trying to get my loan increased. Although that wasn't possible in the long run, Taylor was eventually able to get me refinanced which was very helpful. These ladies are definitely knowledgeable. If you have financial needs, go talk to them at World Finance in West Plains, MO.

My husband and I have been with this group for many years and have had no issues. Taylor has always put up with our picking on her with a smile on her face. Today (10/19/24) Brook was the lucky one to deal with us. She was very pleasant to talk to even though my husband was picking on Taylor the whole time. I would recommend these ladies to everyone. Good job girls.
