Homero Arrellanes is the customer service agent assisting me with this process. He was patient and followed up with me in a timely manner. The day in which I went in, 3 minutes before closing, he provided excellent service and his disposition was kind. He was professional and down to earth. This is not a service I use regularly, but when I do, this is the location and person I will return to.

Very inviting atmosphere when you step inside – and so clean too! It was my first time at this location and as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Monica Martinez, the branch manager. I only had to wait for about five to six minutes, which was really great. I have to say, Monica was super pleasant, thorough, and got all my paperwork done, and I was funded within just 15 minutes. Her customer service is top-notch – so friendly and attentive. She made the whole process incredibly easy!"
