Today, Friday August 21st I went to the office to settle what was supposed to be a late payment , but after explaining why I shouldn't have to pay a late fee due to the fact that W F bought out À F and my payments with A F was automatic ACH debit. But nevertheless I had a wonderful experience while talking with Jessica. She was so kind and very helpful. She handled everything for me so that my payments will be debited on the 11th of each month. Thanks a million Jessica.

I've dealt with World Finance twice in the past. Both experiences were great. I'll never forget Ms. Tina, one of nicest, most professional, skilled, swift, prepared, attentive, involved, empathetic, and well put together specialists I have ever met, or done business with. This last experience, which was a few days ago, was horrid and inexcusable. Very polite and easily completed. Started one online and by the 3pm the next day I received my loan. Payments weren’t bad either. Julia was very professional and all around amazing! Would definitely do again.
The girls at this location are amazing. Mrs. Holmes called while I was at work and made a miracle happen. Then when I got there Arianna was very helpful they made the process so smooth and I was in and out in 1.5 hours from start to finish. Not only were they sweet caring understanding and supportive throughout the whole process they made me feel like family. They took my bad situation and made it good and worked a miracle the ladies are pure God sent angels.
