I really didn't know what I needed when I stepped into World Finance on Columbus St. Ottawa, IL. Janice walked me through a few scenarios explaining what they were and could do for me. She was great and I walked out feeling so good. Customer Service is a big deal for me and she passed with flying colors. I even learned some things.
