After being denied by my long time bank who prides themselves with their slogan of how they help when others don’t, I felt very low and stressed. I spoke to Rachel and she was so friendly on the phone. Didn’t tell me they can’t do this or that bc I don’t this or that, she heard me and said she’ll check into it and let me know. Getting my taxes done here was the BEST decision I made!! They are literally the friendliest, Rachel and Sydney have the most professional demeanor about them and are here to work for us. They get things done, taxes AND loans, quickly and efficiently and I 1000% recommend them! Especially because who knew they do taxes!? And I got more than I was when I did it by myself!
