I only came here to do my taxes because my mom said she has done her taxes here but it turns out the advancement she asked from her taxes now is being put on me and I’m being asked to pay back ( because it’s under my name aka the taxes ) when Estela Rivera the branch manager told us that it was coming from the tax return and we wouldn’t owe anything back but now want to bullshit me that I owe them that money back !!
