Unprofessional ran very poorly messing up documents with employees kids running around employees aren't doing there job because of worrying about there children who dont belong in a office very rude unhelpful will never do business with them again worst place ive ever done businesses with ...do not recommend at all its a mess

Yesterday I went in to get my taxes done. As I walked in, I was greeted by Kim, Chris, and Amber. Their joyful ambience filled the room. I wasn’t in my seat long enough before I was called to the back to get my taxes done. I was so shocked and happy with the immediate call to the back to get my taxes prepared. The district manager Kim , worked on my taxes ,and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable on what she was doing ,and if she had a question, her handy team jumped right in to assist. I would disregard the negative 1 star reviews this company has received because the staff here is exceptional. My father used them when I was growing up and stayed in good standing, fast forward to current day and I have been using them for almost 2 years. They are quick, kind and go out of their way. Thanks World Finance!
The overall process was quick and easy. I filled my application out online and received a call instantly. My loan was worked up within a matter of minutes and the the loan officer whom helped me was very polite and informative.
