My experience was amazing the customer service representative Mr David was so satisfying and he took his time to explain everything even though I was slow about understanding the process but he didn't complain thank you Mr David I do wish a lot more customer service representative in different businesses could take notes from Mr David
I recently got a loan from them the process was fast and easy. David was very friendly and helped me start the process of my loan then Gisselle and Christy helped me finish the rest of the process with plenty of laughter and good vibes thank you again guys !
It was a wonder visit, David made it so easy and quick! He was very efficient and made my visit pleasant.
After applying online and uploading multiple documents. They had nothing saved, had to reapply over the phone and yes they are a scam because they have saved my documents - drivers license, SSN and banking documents - they only want to give out $1K loans and have you pay them back $3k and $4k - definitely reporting to BBB
