Overall, this is a very nice place. The only downfall is that the Manager doesn't return calls when she says she will call you back. When I initially applied for the loan, Ms. Rosethia took my application. She made the process so easy and smooth. I had to call back many different times to find out the status of my loan. I called back 1 time, spoke with Ms. Tiffany, who was very patient and told me that the file was with the manager and she would call me back once everything was reviewed.
