Overall, this is a very nice place. The only downfall is that the Manager doesn't return calls when she says she will call you back. When I initially applied for the loan, Ms. Rosethia took my application. She made the process so easy and smooth. I had to call back many different times to find out the status of my loan. I called back 1 time, spoke with Ms. Tiffany, who was very patient and told me that the file was with the manager and she would call me back once everything was reviewed. This company has the greatest associates they are amazing. I had a pleasure of having Shawn as my loan specialist to tell me all about the place and what they do …she was very educated with talking to me about my finances and everything…I was able to get approved for my loan and my credit is not so awesome so she was able to get me through with that And it was just a great experience. I left there happy I love it
