Everyone is super nice and helpful~ the only hiccup I've had was when I go to Target on the day my automatic payments come out to use the ATM- the payment doesn't go through, and I wasn't told I could use cash to pay so I used the card on file and was charged a 4.69 fee for using. Really wish someone said I could pay in cash~ every dollar counts for my kids.
Fantastic service. I was in dire need of funds immediately available to me and britanny was quick, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.
