I had a very positive experience with the staff at World Finance today especially Kylie. But also all of the employee's who helped me today (5/21/26) were kind, professional, patient, and truly treated me with respect! Kylie took the time to listen and she helped me the best way possible. I especially appreciated her empathy and understanding. Good customer service, respect, and kindness go a long way, and I’m very thankful for the help I received today. Thank you to the staff that was there today💛
Noah is the best one there. Super friendly and helpful. Was stressing to the max and they had multiple options to help me out. Can't thank enough.
Brian was our tax preparer, he was amazing! came here last year for 2024. he was fast and sufficient ! will be coming back. he was super nice and answered all of our questions.
