I was taken care of by Marisol and she did a wonderful job helped me understand everything and explained it very well. A great experience.
World Finance was super quick and easy. Jennifer was really patient and informative about what I needed to have and how they could better service me. Please don’t hesitate to come in and get all of your loan needs handled. They even do taxes !! :)
She is a good person and respect that I’m deaf and she don’t mind to write down papers to talk to me and she is a sweet person she is 100% honestly and polite person!❤️❤️
Jennifer did a great job helping me with my situation. I applied online two days prior (over the weekend) so they called me on Monday. I went in and she sat me down immediately and got started. Because I had uploaded my documents ahead of time my process was very smooth and quick. She went over everything with me to ensure I understood and before I left I had my deposit.
Marisol Flores has excellent customer service and is very friendly. She makes you feel welcome from when you first walk in. She will get you straight.. I can definitely say I felt comfortable when making my decision to get a loan thank you
