Couldn’t get a call back :( tried reaching out to a neighboring branch and they said I have to work with the one in Carbondale. Can’t get a hold of anyone :(
Filled application out online. If this is the route ur taking...u must call to begin the qualifying step. Says wait for them to call, they dont. Once approved it took about an hour n person to finish paperwork & sign. She apologized saying usually doesn't take that long. Overall definitely recommend. My credit score isn't great and I got approved.
I had an amazing experience. Shane was a pleasure to work with, the entire staff was as well. Everyone was so friendly and made this rather scary process for me very smooth. Everything is explained perfectly and precise. I highly recommend them.
