Rocio was amazing and very friendly! She went over every little detail and made sure I understood everything. 10/10 recommend!
Very friendly person and knowledgeable about her job. I did get good service when I got my loan. But when I went on sick leave they gave me a hard time about getting the medical papers I needed to cover my loan while I am out of work this is what really upset me they call you and tell you to come in and get them but when you get there you have to wait an hour thinking you can just pick up the papers.
