They was cool the first time to get you with those high rates but when you go back for anything else since they already bs they don’t even try so they are only nice the first time around cause since they have hung up on me because their system didn't process my payment correctly w the money in the account. So be warned cause they don’t care after they already sold you and I have to pay my daughters doctor smh
