After being turned down everywhere else, I was honestly expecting more of the same. Applying for a personal loan had already felt exhausting and discouraging. Spoke to almost everybody that works there that day and they were all super helpful and kind. Teresa quickly got me approve for a loan after I spoke with the manager who offered me more that I even asked for. They really helped me when I needed it.
I didn't get I asked for but it was enough easily approved . Manager Ms Jack was super nice . Loan amount borrowed is on your debit card before you leave the office. Teresa who did the loan was super nice also.
Jackie was super helpful and explained everything down to a t. Thankful they were able to help me when needed.
This company has always been so friendly and help their customers to the best of their ability...i thank the staff for good customer care
