Best loan people to work with that I have known for years. They always try to help work with you and make the process super easy. Never had any issues and even when it’s a hard time for me they try and make it as smooth as possible. Ms. Anna is so sweet and personable and very throughout she gave me every breakdown and was so helpful and very quick/timely with responses and communication I truly appreciate her and everyone a lot.
Been doing business with these guys for years. Sometimes not the best customer, but they always find a way to help me & always work with me. Very disappointed to hear D'Angelo was no longer with them. He BY FAR is one of the best managers I have ever worked with. Always positive & helpful. I hate to hear he is no longer with the company.
I have had such a wonderful experience with the worker there named DeAngelo. He has been such a very kind and helpful person, and seems to be a genuine all around caring and concerned person to the customers needs. He goes above and beyond to ensure that he helps you get done what you need and that means a lot. He is in the Smyrna, Tn stop by and see him 😊
D'Angelo done a wonderful job for us today. We walked in around noon and he had our taxes done and submitted by 4. He called us every step of the way. All while being extremely busy. Very professional and just really nice. Look forward to working with him again
