The guy that works in the office up there I called him Friday had to call about 20 times because he don’t like to answer the phone and i did my re finance over the phone he said I’ll have to wait until the next day to get the money and I still don’t have my money I’ve done everything I’ve needed never took this long ever
Terrible communication Terrible accountability Take 4 hours breaks to where I miss my payment because no one was there. If zero stars was an option I'd do it.
They were very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend them. It was my first time ever getting a loan and they walked me through everything step by step
