First and foremost Michelle is great, has been for years so I want that to be known We have been using this branch for over 6 years for loans, taxes, ect. Referred friends and family. We don’t miss payments or anything like that. Payed off a loan last month, and was not informed about policy changes at the corporate level. Called to get a new loan that was the same as my last around 4k, and was told I could not get more than 1.7k without a vehicle title. Apparently retention does not matter to the people in charge.
