Was double charged even though I made my payment on time. Had auto pay turned off, but it still charged me. Account still in the negative because of their system. Was told nothing could be done than wait for the refund from their mistake even though it was "their system" that wronged me Might look elsewhere to make my loans and will never have auto pay for loans in the future once i finish my loan for the final time🙃
The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. I’ve never had any issues here! A great place for loans or filing taxes!
