I called needing a loan and was approved over the phone in less than 15 minutes. When I went into the office, the paperwork process was quick and simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially MaRanda, who assisted me and made the whole experience easy. They also offer tax services and early tax advances. I highly recommend World Finance for their great customer service and efficiency. Scottsville, Kentucky office!!
I just got a loan here and the ladies are great with communicating the contract of my loan! They also made me aware that during tax time theyre one of the quickest to get them done so Im excited to come back for next years tax time and see for myself !
Brittany is the best. She makes everything make since and she is very easy to understand and thorough. Every answer I asked was answered well and I know everything that my money goes to. They also file taxes and are a year round service. I recommend anyone coming to them. They are great people
