Today I went in to get my taxes done and I met Karen and she was so wonderful doing my taxes each step she took the time to explain to me and she was the most amazing person to say that my experience was great!! Karen has the best personality and fit her position very well and I will be back for Karen to do my taxes for next year and I am excited for the way she explained to me about doing my business with her not only for my taxes but going to do some financial help with me in the future Karen was wonderful and very helpful... read more
Karen made filing taxes so easy as she does every year, we’ve used her for several years and she’s always made us feel welcomed even with 3 kids running wild at times. You couldn’t find anyone any better to file your taxes with. Karen is someone you can rely on and make the best out of any situation. She’s just so friendly and nice even on her worse days you couldn’t ever tell it. The world needs more people Like her. She’s hands down the best.
Karen Crockett was/is the most amazing lady!! She was so much fun to talk with, and get our taxes done by. 10/10!!! Will definitely be returning to her for any and all tax purposes. There aren't enough stars to describe our experience!!
Karen has been doing our taxes for years. She is absolutely amazing. Can't think of anyone else i would rather have do our taxes.i also love reading her little inspirational signs she has around the office.
I left only one star because it would not allow me to go lower. After our initial visit with Karen at World Finance things seem to be great we were given in advance on our return as we were told and then my wife and I were both told at separate times that when the IRS approved our return that we could get a further advance based on the return amount.
