Terrible service. I called to apply for a small loan on a Monday and still never heard back from my loan officer once. He asked if I was referred by someone when he took my information and I told him I was not. He avoided my phone calls all week and had the girl who answers the phone tell me the status of my loan. I’ve worked with other loan officers in the past who explained to me the process and worked with me. What a waste of my time, because I was not a REFERRAL I was treated differently. I have never borrowed money from World Finance, but I love the atmosphere in the Middlesboro, Kentucky Store. The facility is always clean and the people who work there are pleasant, friendly, and fun to have chats with. My cousin and other acquaintances have borrowed from there, and they all speak highly and confidently of the services they have received. If I ever had to borrow money, I would definitely visit Middlesboro, Kentucky's World Finance.
