Although the interest rate is very high, the staff is very nice. Good customer service. I like the phone reminders on my cell phone via text. I wish they would make a way to pay online. Because of this feature not being present, is why I rated them 4 stars and not 5.
The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. However, their work ethic and efforts of working with you, is very poor. I went in office to apply for a loan and 24+ hours later they keep putting me on hold or say they will call me back and never do. I continue to call and get a status or if there's anything I can do, but they just take down my number and said they'd call me back and never do.
