I found out they got rid of one of the best workers in there. Her name was Janet I. I won't say her last name to protect her..World Finance soon hired another lady in her place she didn't last one month. I don't think she made it out of basic training. Now when I go to make my payment it's only one person working in there. I hope they get somebody in there fast because one person doing it all is not going to get it

This place absolutely screwed me and my wife on our taxes, even after paying the extra guaranteed insurance on our taxes if they messes them up they would pay for. But no we got audited for 2023 out of no where in 2025 tax returns they kept and said we owe more? With no warnings or emails or nothing. Come to find out the ladie who did our taxes that year that worked there filled them out totally wrong, not the last 23 years I've done the same.
