Dont do business with this location. They dont call back for any updates nor do they answer the phone. If you want to do business with world finance, just go to the snellville location. Called two days later after I got no call back to tell them to disregard my application and they said "ok thank you" . I will never call this location again. Whoever is the manager for this location should definitely do better with the employees. Unacceptable.
I don’t know if this office is under new management, I’ve been calling all last week and haven’t had a response. Usually, my calls have been answered by two wonderful young ladies, now my calls get left on hold or no answer.

This was such a quick and easy process! Mireya and Diana are so nice, welcoming and professional. They were a delight to deal with. I look forward to doing business with them again.
I got a loan thru them snd they had the title to my car. I paid the loan off and wanted my title. They LOST my title to my car then jerked me around for a month and a half about the new title. I called the DMVZ and explained what happened. They said I either need a T4 letter or a letter stating I paid off my loan and they no longer have a lien on my car.
