This is a wonderful, trusting, helpful, safe and caring establishment, that I recommend. The staff are outstanding. Imani is fantastic with a great personality and very knowledgeable of her job. I truly would recommend this establishment.
Had a loan with them for almost 2 years, always in good standing, its impossible to get a hold of anyone in this office ever, takes days to get a response and i only get a response when i call them several times. They never return calls when they say they will, and even though im constantly offered refi and increase opportunities they never follow through on them then blame it all on the corporate office. My representative was friendly and professional. The office environment was clean and inviting. The other staff seemed friendly and eager to help. The overall experience from the beginning to the end of the visit was superb.
