Had a loan with them for almost 2 years, always in good standing, its impossible to get a hold of anyone in this office ever, takes days to get a response and i only get a response when i call them several times. They never return calls when they say they will, and even though im constantly offered refi and increase opportunities they never follow through on them then blame it all on the corporate office.
