This is the third time I have called,and the first person(nate) doesn't have a clue to what I'm asking,and then get told no,only to have ( layla) say it can be done. I then a D.O yo talk and was told is Kristen..but she not taking calls. I asked for my account to be transferred..do better for your customers

Great customer service gotta say thank you to Yareli. She went over and beyond expectations I highly recommend to anyone who needs a loan to check this place out the workers there are very professional and helpful.

Upon calling world finance i was greeted over the phone by a awesome lady named Janelle the branch manager she was super awesome and very knowledgeable and respectful. Very fast and efficient on getting back at me to do a refinance on my loan. every thing went through with ease . Thank you Janelle branch manager for helping me refinance my loan …

I have had loans with World Finance for a couple years now. I chose to renew my loan and worked with Melissa today. She did everything over the phone and from start to funding it literally took less than an hour. Melissa was very nice and answered all of my questions. She explained all of my terms and gave me my choices. And i did it all over the phone. It was a pleasure working with Melissa and the office.
