I am extremely disappointed with the way this company conducted its business. I was given the impression that I had been approved for a loan, only to arrive at the office and be told that I was not approved. This was confusing, misleading, and completely unprofessional. The lack of transparency and communication was very disappointing and left me questioning the honesty and integrity of this company's business practices. I was able to file my last two years tax return with Rebecca at World Finance. The process was easy and cheaper than my previous years returns. I will be using them again in the future.
These people are insane. They wanted to charge me over 600$ to do my taxes on just me. Ive worked at another tax place and we NEVER charged that much. I had 1 1099G filing just me. She said I was getting 600$ back from federal then she said, " we will be taking the 600$ for filing charges." Exact words. They are taking advantage of people. Do not go there to get your taxes unless you want them to take advantage of you.
