Julie is extremely unprofessional, and there appears to be a constant turnover of staff in her office — it seems there’s a new person working with her every couple of months. This ongoing pattern suggests the problem lies with her management style. I’m genuinely surprised the company continues to allow such a high turnover rate at this location. I will not be returning to her office again; working with her has been an absolute nightmare.

I spoke with the manager Julie over the phone twice since my new loan this has been nothing but rude and condescending, how do people hold jobs. Would not speak to anyone like she spoke to me about paying just a few days later from emergency. I do intend to paying off early not stealing a loan. Do not go to this branch

I have done business with world finance a few times , Julie Monroe is excellent to work with very professional and really just a Great person to work with. Highly recommend them for your personal needs!
