Julie is extremely unprofessional, and there appears to be a constant turnover of staff in her office — it seems there’s a new person working with her every couple of months. This ongoing pattern suggests the problem lies with her management style. I’m genuinely surprised the company continues to allow such a high turnover rate at this location. I will not be returning to her office again; working with her has been an absolute nightmare.

I would’ve gave a 5 star because i have been helped a lot by this company as i have been struggling financially for months but yesterday i received a phone call from a woman name julie or jill i cant even remember, but she was asking me when i can make a payment and i addressed i needed my electricity bill to go through first then i could make a full or half payment and as i was trying to explain, she decided to have a rude tone, became very rude and disrespectful after she explained she’s helped me to much and now cannot he... read more

I have done business with world finance a few times , Julie Monroe is excellent to work with very professional and really just a Great person to work with. Highly recommend them for your personal needs!
