I have been filing my taxes with World Finance for about two years now, and every time it has been a smooth and easy process. Julie is extremely unprofessional, and there appears to be a constant turnover of staff in her office — it seems there’s a new person working with her every couple of months. This ongoing pattern suggests the problem lies with her management style. I’m genuinely surprised the company continues to allow such a high turnover rate at this location. I will not be returning to her office again; working with her has been an absolute nightmare.
