Interest is definitely high, but you know that going in and probably came to this establishment because they lend more freely than others. Overall I've been happy with my service, at THIS branch. Rebecca is genuinely nice and generally understanding, and she tries to work with you regardless of your situation. She has gone beyond to help, in my experience, and is the main reason I use WolFin now. If you're going to do business with this company, I suggest going to this branch over others, and understanding the process.

I have 10,000 dollars of collateral on a 2,000 dollar loan and when I tried to renew, I was told they had to add something else. This is not acceptable! I will never deal with this company again. Also, I told them I have my own life ins urance and the top AAA coverage and they still tacked these coverages and charged me for them.
