I walked in today and spoke with Kieyana. I wanted to check out the possibilities of getting a loan and see what my options were. She was so pleasant and professional to me. The process was indeed totally painless -- I just needed to print out some forms for her and away she went !! I couldn't believe how little time it took for her to complete the procedure. Amazing customer service.. we all need a little extra these holidays... they have not been easy... I walked in skeptical as always and I was greeted with a kind positive attitude and an amazing warm personality (Vanessa). She was absolutely amazing... I’m so happy and so grateful... thank you Vanessa for making everything so smooth and easy..
I applied online and then met with Robin B. in person to sign final paperwork. Anything regarding finances can be super stressful, but Robin was kind, confident, and collected. This helped so much. She answered all of my questions and explained my contract simply. I left feeling assured and confident in my understanding. I will definitely return in January to file my tax return with WF!
