This review is strictly for Tiffani, the manager. Not only did she breach my privacy rights and tried to start family problems for a small loan, she is just overall rude and unprofessional. This business lends. Tiffani operates the branch like being nasty to paying customers is how the company expects to keep accounts. I can assure you it's not. Christina was very helpful, kind and great customer service. Even thinking that I didn’t have a chance they still was able to help me out. They really care about their customers.
Tiffani was greatm Fast and easy? all my questions answered. She also checked up to see if i still need help when I had to sit and think about the loan or a week, so she does great. Thanks for the loan and being transparent!
Had a really great experience! Went in not having high hopes of being approved of anything, but they got me all settled away and good to go! Christina was a huge help!
