My husband never missed a payment until this year in June because of a health issue. Got permission from corporate and now he is getting a late fee added every month. Because of a payment , he got permission to miss. He hasn't missed a payment since. Is there no communication between corporate and the local office? SMH. If you treat a good customer this way , I can only imagine if you miss your payments all the time..
They was very nice and handle us with respect. Ms.destiny was an big help.
