The staff was great and Heidi was very helpful the only reason I am giving 4/5 is because I went in they told me an amount when I asked if I could possibly get more with a co-signer they said yes, however when I returned they then said I couldn’t and I wish they would’ve been honest and told me that I couldn’t in the first place instead of waiting till I drove back

Walk in to pay a bill for someone and usually when someone walk into establishment, someone will say I’ll be with you soon. I sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes and not one person said anything to me so I just walked out without paying the person bill. You need to start acknowledging people when they walk into your establishment.
Abigail helped set up a loan. I was relieved to have a financial safety net as I had just moved to Peoria and needed to restore my credit.
Quick and polite! And went over everything smoothly! I had Jeff R and he was great with timing!
