I recommend this branch highly!! I called today to get info on filing my taxes .. to my surprise it was the most PAINLESS process ever! They made it super easy to get them all of my documents and kept me up to date throughout the entire process (which took no time at all), AND they offered a same day advance straight to my debit card! Their customer service has always been top notch every time I’ve done business with them. Could not recommend them more!!
Representative Almir was very helpful, nice, and friendly. The secured process she used was very convenient and professional. I recommend Almir at the Alabaster Branch or for any services needed. Went in for a loan with an exact amount in mind, was in and out in less than 35 minutes. Tonnnie the branch manager was amazing, professional and the process was smooth and easy, I definitely recommend this location.
