I had a five-star experience buying my Mercedes A 220 from Lotus World Imports of Jacksonville. This was my first time ever buying a car. Logan was my sales person whose customer services is amazing!!! She made everything smooth, easy, and hassle-free. The entire team was helpful and welcoming, and communication throughout the process was great. Car was very beautiful and clean.I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. No hidden fees, great people that treated us like family, and no pressure salesman. For once an enjoyable experience, not a nightmare like so many other dealerships. We are so very happy ! Recent purchase of one of the amazing Land Rovers at World Import USA. The sales staff I delt with, Maciej, was absolutely amazing. He answered ever question I had, and even sent me a personal driving and inspection video of the Landy I was interested in. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. If you need the vehicle shipped, they can set that up too. By the time I finished paperwork, I had my D90 to Colorado in less than 48 hours! I had an incredible experience purchasing my 1997 Defender 90 from this dealership. Maciej, the salesperson, was exceptional and prioritized customer satisfaction despite the distance between us. If you’re considering buying a car from them, I highly recommend it. They are incredibly courteous, straightforward, and flexible with your schedule. I can’t recommend them enough!
Great dealership, clean, quality vehicles and knowledgeable staff. Maciej was the sales person I worked with who was kind, knowledgeable and attentive.
