I had a five-star experience buying my Mercedes A 220 from Lotus World Imports of Jacksonville. This was my first time ever buying a car. Logan was my sales person whose customer services is amazing!!! She made everything smooth, easy, and hassle-free. The entire team was helpful and welcoming, and communication throughout the process was great. Car was very beautiful and clean.I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them. Over the years, have driven by World Imports many times, however, never stopped in. When looking to make a change, they happened to have the exact trim and color combo of the EV9 I was after. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. No hidden fees, great people that treated us like family, and no pressure salesman.
