I had a five-star experience buying my Mercedes A 220 from Lotus World Imports of Jacksonville. This was my first time ever buying a car. Logan was my sales person whose customer services is amazing!!! She made everything smooth, easy, and hassle-free. The entire team was helpful and welcoming, and communication throughout the process was great. Car was very beautiful and clean.I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them. Overall had an amazing experience🩷!

Best experience I've ever had buying a car. No hidden fees, great people that treated us like family, and no pressure salesman. For once an enjoyable experience, not a nightmare like so many other dealerships. We are so very happy ! Thanks to all the staff for a great transaction, we will be back in the future when we need a new vehicle, Randy and Michele

I had an incredible experience purchasing my 1997 Defender 90 from this dealership. Maciej, the salesperson, was exceptional and prioritized customer satisfaction despite the distance between us. If you’re considering buying a car from them, I highly recommend it. They are incredibly courteous, straightforward, and flexible with your schedule. I can’t recommend them enough!
