Been well over 7+ months and we still don't have an online shipping platform. They have continued to increase our bill, add additional software, yet we can't seem to get accurate shipping rates. They continue to take our money and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. Every rep that was suppose to represent us and assist, quits or leaves and it has been over a month since my last message was responded too. If you have any ecommece store stay far away from this company. This place is a complete joke.

scam company. they get your ups billing switched to them and it is nearly impossible to get your account back. They are NOT UPS and do everything they can to scam you on there telemarketing calls. I have had nemerous bad experiences with them soliciting our business us via phone and lieing about haveing our account info and knowing our salespeople with UPS. DO NOT DO Business with them..

Very enthusiastic resellers of UPS, but when we realize that they weren't disclosing all of the extra charges and subsequently tried to cancel our account with them, the nightmare started. If you want to cancel an account with them, you need to email them in writing and not trust your salesperson to "take care of it" no matter what they tell you. Cancelling your account to prevent the hoards of extra charges from pouring in was a months-long process, during which we were being charged for pickups & shipments that never happe... read more

They do NOT stand behind their service. They lost our freight and will not do anything about the invoice. It was supposed to arrive in Bloomington, MN on Friday 11/1. 11/1 they couldn't find it. 11/4 they couldn't find it. 11/5 they alerted us they found it in Providence RI and that it would arrive on 11/8. They said they can't do anything with the bill. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
