Billing Issues Worldwide Express was assigned my account from *** in February 2025. I was assured that all fees, delivery, etc. would be the same and that only the payment address would change. My fees have not only been raised, but my delivery has been cut. I've been corresponding with them since February about the fees that I've been overcharged. Product Issues I contacted my *** about a courtesy credit in January which was approved for $60. The credit was issued then removed. I have tried getting a ***ly on why it was removed and the only person who tries to help is my **** the emails **************** ***************** do not answer after the original approval of credit. I have been ignored, even when i call, i cannot get a supervisor or anyone that i can place a formal complaint or any corporate number.
