I’ve been working with Worldwide Express for the past five years. They handle all of my LTL freight along with my UPS parcel as well. I have nothing but good things to say about my rep in San Antonio. They will even stop by and bring me tacos once in a while!
On multiple occasions this service has let me down. They have lost my shipments and they have scheduled shipments with the wrong size trucks and have scheduled trucks that dont show up. They take 0 responsibility for their mistakes. Today is no different I replied to a quote I requested at 1:51pm after not getting a bill of lading I called at about 2:30pm the truck was scheduled I received a bill of lading.
