Excellent customer service, it's actually out of this world! Alex is our man! He's literally available by phone or email almost immediately which is awesome. He's quick to respond and takes care of our needs. We used FedEx to ship for many years before switching directly to WWE for all our business shipping needs and we have been highly pleased.
VERY VERY BAD. JUST STAY AWAY. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOW RATES. EVERY TRANSACTION WILL HAVE SOME KINDA EXTRA CHARGE. SAYING FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE. AND WHAT IS WORST THEY WON’T EVEN TRY TO HELP YOU WITH IT. JUST DONT DO IT.
They are great. I was skeptical at first but the salesperson was persistent and professional artist. I have been very happy with signing up with them and I have been saving money over what I was paying FedEx and the service is fantastic because were able to pick up the phone and call somebody when we have a problem, I would recommend them to anyone.
This company might be the most obnoxious telemarketers I’ve ever experienced. We’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling us, and they’ve continued to do so for several years. They call in on the customer service line, and if we hang up on them… they just call back. They are obnoxious. There are plenty of resellers available. If we ever do need one, we certainly won’t be using this one. I also see that the COO and VP of Sales for the company left reviews for it as well. Another sign of dishonesty in my opinion.
My packages transported from India even after 15 days packages not yet delivered to Atlanta whenever called no response from other end . This is my experience with worldwide
