Had a worst experience today with one of the WWEX brokers. We took a load with 1pm delivery appt in Sam's DC. We checked in at 1230pm just to be told that our appt was cancelled 3 days ago. I immediately started calling the broker. After 30 minutes of calling and couple VM left i wasn't able to reach anyone. i proceeded to follow up with the email. For the next two hours i send couple more emails and i tried every WWEX phone number and broker i had worked with over the last 5-6 years and could not get a single broker to answ... read more
Expensive and hidden fees not explained in the beginning. Also very difficult to contact anyone with issues or questions. Not worth it.
