Worst customer service and reps. They promise you the world and then when you get the first few bills they are all wrong and won't stand by their word. They won't do an agreement and UPS has no interest in working with medium size companies on their packages and freight. We get great freight service from ESTES and some other companies. They deny any claims right away and you have to fight to get the claim approved, if at all. Horrible business to work with. A Lifesaver for our Logistics! I can't say enough good things about the team at Worldwide Express in Troy. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Avoid this company at all costs. Pay more elsewhere, you'll be glad you did. 1. Tech support should be available to resolve your system issues on demand, ESPECIALLY after the roll out of a major change. 2. Don't have three different representatives hang up on customers when they ask to speak with a supervisor because you're not helping resolve YOUR issues.
Customer Service is top notch!!!!
They cold call us or show up unannounced several times a year and try to sell us their 3rd part UPS shipping services. They seem to have an endless revolving-door supply of new sales reps. Very annoying! Kindly get lost!
