Great Little community, quiet and close to Polaris shopping center. Lots of friendly neighbors and the pool is by far the best part. Also rent is reasonable depending on your property owner. We live in the back area as renters, each set of town houses has a different owner. We initially rented through ardent, however with minimal warning had to switch over to a different property manager due to ardent selling our section of house. Apparently my comments are getting deleted. I've lived here for a little under 2 years. The pool was open for about 2 months total during that time. There were 2 shootings in apartments directly adjoining me within in this time. Management was changed recently, however the same problems still persist, and we are now losing our on site-property manager.
Good luck using the pool or fitness center. Fobs are handled separately by a HOA that never seems able to respond to the property management company, Ardent. So essentially you have two groups or more managing this property and none is able to effectively work or communicate with one another. Ardent lied to me and said the pool was closed for the season (weeks ago) it's still open my neighbor goes every night. They just felt this would be easier than getting me a working fob.
Came here to tour a "3 bedroom townhome" on behalf of Lou, property manager of 614 rent to me. It was actually 2 bedrooms with a small half unfinished basement that they consider a "3rd bedroom." The unit was overpriced ,the appliances were old, A/C was turned off during our tour so it was hot inside and had a detached garage. Lou gave me different information about this unit and another upcoming available unit than the receptionist did on the phone when I called the day before my tour, so there seems to be a lack of basic ... read more
I think I found my new home! Jessica is fantastic and I love the apartment we walked through. The property is well kept, quiet, and perfect for me.
