I did a stream line refinance a few months back. The process with them was horrible. I had to sign and resign paperwork 8 times in total. I was given 4 different good faith estimates. I was told I would not need to bring money to the table due to credits and on the day of closing was told i needed over a grand. Rex the owner refused to admit fault and after much argueing agreed to waive partial clsoing costs that I still do not believe I should have had to pay and have taken it to 3 banks whom agree with me.
