Very interesting this comes in after an employee was sent home for reasons I will not go into on here. But if we are so bad to our employee's then why do we help them out? We let them use equipment to move their personal cars, we buy them pants, so they have clothes that fit. They get days off that they ask for so they can spend time with family. All we ask from them is they do their job responsibly, be honest.
