Just about to move into these brand new flats! I’ve had a great experience so far with Drake at the leasing office and his colleague Devon who made the process as easy as possible and also went the extra mile with my needs and requests. The place is gorgeous! I can’t wait to call these sunny swanky apartments home.
I’ve had the best support while living here from Keanu at four star realty. He’s made maintenance requests a breeze and handles everything quick and professionally. The building is amazing and how brand new everything is feels like such a luxury. All the brand new appliances work amazing! I’m so grateful I was able to move into one of the amazing apartments!
Terrible start. Had to pick up the key at a different location and was given very limited information about the building. Several things are not operational, the entry system, roof top deck and the storage area. The day I am moving in to the top floor the elevator stops working. An email was sent at 11:17 that they would be performing maintenance on the elevator between 11:00 - 5:00 that same day, notice given too late to adjust moving. After seeing a number of other rentals in Boulder, I was initially skeptical this would be just another bust with a corporate rental agency and hidden fees. This concern was immediately mitigated by the transparency Drake at WYE provided and the speed of his response which helped in comparing multiple options quickly.
